FAQ's & Reservation Policies

  • We’re a Reservation Only Esthetic Salon
  • No Children or Extra Guest are permitted in the salon, any guest w/o a reservation must wait outside the salon 
  • Debit/Credit cards are required to book & hold reservations
  • There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes a Late Fee is applied to your reservation
  • After 15 minutes your reservation will be cancelled & your card on file will be charged cancellation fee

24 hour Cancellation

  • Reservations must be confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior
  • Unconfirmed reservations will be automatically cancelled & subject to cancellation fees
  • Confirm, reschedule or cancel using the Square notifications or call salon to manage your reservation

No Call/No Show

  • No Call/No Shows will result in cancellation fees, after 2 you will not be able to prebook reservations

Early Bird & After Hour Reservations are Available Upon Request for an Additional Fee.


IF CANCELLATION FEE IS UNABLE TO BE COLLECTED FROM THE CARD PLACED ON FILE FOR ANY REASON; A CONVENIENCE FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY FUTURE RESERVATIONS.
