Reservation Policies

  • Walk-Ins are welcome. But reservations are recommended to ensure that we serve you in a timely manner.
  • Reservations are recommended to assure you get the specialist you prefer.
  • No Children Extra Guests are permitted in the clinic; guest without a  intention to be serviced must wait outside
  • All prebooked reservations require a card on file for no-show protection.
  • There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes a late fee is automatically billed to your reservation.
  • After 15 minutes your reservation will be cancelled & your card on file will be charged the cancellation fee.

Same Day vs 24 hour Cancellation

  •   All online reservations must be confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment time.
  • Unconfirmed reservations may be automatically cancelled & subject to cancellation fees

No Call/No Show

• No Call/No Shows will result in cancellation fees, after 2 you will not be able to prebook reservations

*IF THE CANCELLATION FEE IS UNABLE TO CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE A CANCELLATION FEE MUST PAID BEFORE A NEW RESERVATION IS ABLE TO BE BOOKED.
